July to September (Open 7 Days a Week!)
Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm

Saturday and Sunday 10am to 5pm

Admission Fees: 
Adult - $2.00
Child - $1.00
Members - FREE

Message from the Director

After much effort, we are pleased to welcome you to our space on the Internet. Our staff will now provide current updates, upload photos and images and communicate to the public in a more immediate way. Once we get things rolling, we will include items from our gift store on sale online as well downloadable forms for room rentals, memberships and tickets for special events. 

In the future, with this technology and the digitizing of all our photo archives, clippings and artifacts, we will eventually build a researchable database available on-line and accessible to people around the world. But that's the future.

Right now we're concentrating on renewing the energy up here on The Hill and developing an innovative strategy that will once again make the West Parry Sound District Museum a community gathering place and a vibrant centre for the arts, community events and historical reference. Because the West Parry Sound District Museum is a tourism and historical cornerstone of our community and district. Let's build it from the inside out.

Look for storytelling sessions, cooking and art classes, lectures, screenings, new exhibits and special fundraising events on our site. And contact us with your ideas for potential exhibits and events. The Museum is yours.
